Tapis

These are rectangular pieces of cloth that are typically wrapped around the waist and hips, tied by a belt or one end tucked into itself, to form a skirt. However, people have used them as wraps over their shoulders or as throws on a sofa or as table cloths to decorate their homes.

Kalinga Tapis

around 28" X 54"The Kalinga people are another indigenous group in the Cordillera Mountain Range of the northern Philippines. The colours seen in this tapis are significant for their traditional meaning: red means bravery, black symbolises the land, white is for the flowers of the coffee trees, yellow is for sand, and green is for the mountains.ONLY ONE LEFT
